Treat Your Wood Right
using your wood:
Avoid placing staining foods like berries & fish directly on your serving board.
cleaning your wood:
Do not submerge in water. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and pat dry.
protecting your wood:
Protect with wood food every 3-4 months. Using a small amount (just enough to lightly coat the wood), rub wood food on your board. Leave overnight and buff off with a rag in the morning. Wood food can be used on all unvarnished woods in your kitchen. (i.e wooden bowls and spoons)
